There are reports that dogs, goats, and even cats come to shrines and other worship spaces, which is considered special that animals also worship. Sadly, there are reports that some humans are prohibited from places of worship, even violently attacked, stating they belong to the lower rung of the ladder of the caste system. In other words, dogs are treated better than humans. The bible teaches that Man and Woman are the crowns of all creation. (Psalm 8:5)
Special creation: All living species, like birds, animals, fish, reptiles, mammals, and insects, were created by God by His Word. However, God specially designed a man in his own image, from the dust, breathed into the nostrils, and man became a living soul. (Genesis 2:7)
Spiritual being: God did not come to meet, greet, and have fellowship with the animals, birds, or fish. However, he had fellowship daily with Adam and Eve, having conversations and discussions. (Genesis 3:8) God loved to have fellowship with Adam and Eve, so He does today with His people. His dwelling place is among humans. (Revelation 21:3)
Rational being: God brought the living creatures, flying creatures, and animals to Adam in the Garden of Eden. And God watched and rejoiced, seeing how Adam named each of the species. (Genesis 2:19-20) Adam was intelligent enough to name the animals and birds of all species. Thinking, reasoning, forming opinions, and creating ideas are all works of the mind, which is uniquely gifted to humans. The mind also remembers and retrieves the stored information, which is amazing.
Communication: What language did Adam and Eve speak? The Bible does not say that. However, they were able to speak, listen, and communicate. The gift of languages is given to humans. Animals could communicate with a few syllables; they do not have languages as humans do. This gift is to glorify God with thanksgiving, praises, adoration, and admiration; listen to His voice and do His will. It also helps to have conversations with your spouse, children, parents, and other humans.
Do I realise how significantly God has created me?
