There is a quest to create life. For some scientists, life is a product of an accident – A Big Bang. For some, it is an Art of life. The human body is just a combination of various elements found on Earth. Sadly, these intellectuals search for infinite wisdom of God, the creator, but refuse to believe in His revelation through His Word. Will humans ever know the creator by intellectual search? Or should they gratefully receive the revelation of God?
Creation Narrative: The Bible is the only source of an authentic account of the creation of the world and humans. (Genesis 1) There are numerous myths that are found in various cultures around the world. All of them have only an incohesive narrative and are inadequate in logic. They are the fruit of human imagination, and not divine revelation.
Animals and birds: God created the animals, fish, and birds on the fifth and sixth days. (Genesis 1:20-24) God just said, Let it happen, it happened. There was no need for raw materials, but God’s Word had the power to create all the species with life. All the species were created en masse.
Adam and Eve: God created Adam and then Eve in a very special way. Adam was shaped by God from the dust or sand, or clay. Without life, like a statue or corpse, without life was lying on the ground. Immediately after creation, the fish, animals, and birds had lives. However, the man did not. God breathed into His nostrils, and he became a living soul. (Genesis 2:7) Hence, life in humans is not the same as in other living creatures. Later, God took the rib of Adam, when he was in a deep sleep, to create Eve. (Genesis 2:21-22)
Crown of all creation: Humans are the crown of God’s creation. (Psalm 8:5) First, they are bestowed with life that is forever. They can choose either to live with God forever or reject the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ, and live in the Lake of Fire forever.
