Lordship of AI?

In a chaotic and imperfect world, many young people believe that human leaders are neither effective nor good. Some argue that Artificial Intelligence—flawless and efficient—should be chosen, anointed, and installed as a world leader. The idea of AI ruling over humanity is gaining popularity.

The Parable of the Trees:
In the Bible, there is a parable about trees seeking a king. The Olive tree, Fig tree, and Vine all refused kingship, so they turned to the Bramble. The Bramble accepted but demanded submission, threatening destruction otherwise. (Judges 9:8-15) Like those foolish trees, people today seek to replace God’s rule with the lordship of AI.

Worshiping the Beast:
The Book of Revelation warns that in the last days, people will worship a beast. (Revelation 14:9) Some speculate that an all-powerful AI could one day take this role, becoming a global ruler.

Surrendering Free Will:
God gifted humanity with Free Will, but Satan’s strategy has always been deception—leading people to rebel against God. Now, Satan’s goal is not just to misguide people but to make them willingly surrender their freedom, outsourcing their choices to AI. Could AI be a tool for Satan’s ultimate deception?

The True Lord and Savior:
On the Day of Pentecost, Peter declared that Jesus Christ is both Lord and Messiah. (Acts 2:36) God commands all people to repent. (Acts 17:30-31) Repentance leads to forgiveness, salvation from the Second Death, and eternal life. But salvation alone is not enough—believers must also surrender to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Yet, instead of submitting to the Lord of Life, some today desire the lordship of AI—just like the trees that chose the Bramble.

Have I truly received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior?
