Neither mind nor spirit

One non-Christian started playing guitar with a worship team. Since they found no expert to meet their expectations, they invited him. He joined enthusiastically, as he got a good few for a few hours of work. Interestingly, he did not know the local language. During worship songs, he also used to wave his guitar, raise his hands, jump, and dance. He neither sang with his mind (understanding), nor in Spirit. Paul exhorted, stating: I will sing praise with understanding, and I will sing with the spirit. (I Corinthians 14:15) Perhaps, many who were present there were also like the expert musician.
Truth and Spirit: The Samaritan woman was wondering how she could worship; was there a particular chosen place that they should go to worship? The Lord Jesus Christ taught her that true worship is to worship the Lord in truth and spirit. The truth is God is Holy, and humans are sinners. Only those who repent from sin and receive the Lord Jesus Christ in faith are children of God. They are reborn by the Spirit of God. (John 4:24; 1:12) Such children of God have the right to worship the Lord in truth and in Spirit. Those who do not accept that they are sinners, they make God a liar, and there is no truth in them. (I John 1:8-10)
Understanding and truth: There is a need to be a child of God to worship. And worshippers should worship the Lord, sing to the Lord, with understanding and truth. The words in the songs should be understood, the meaning reflected upon, and gratefully acknowledge the greatness of God and His marvellous deeds. Knowing Him, His attributes, His works, His Word, His Plan, and His will enhances the worship. It is not worship that springs from only the mind and thoughts; it originates from the heart and soul. Loving the Lord involves all soul, mind, heart, and strength, so does the worship. (Matthew 22:37) Without love, there cannot be worship. This kind of worship is evident in the lifestyle of a person as light, salt, and a city on a hill. (Matthew 5:14-16)
How do I worship Him?
