Cup of Happiness

A coffee shop advertisement is it serves: Cup of Happiness. An attractive advertisement brings many young people. The ambiance, aroma, and taste facilitate a sense of happiness. However, when the cup is over, people must leave. The Promise is applicable for a few minutes.
Overflowing cup: David compared God to a Good Shepherd, and those who have Him will never be in want. (Psalms 23:1) He explains further that not just meeting the needs, the Lord gives in abundance that the cup overflows, amid difficult times. (Psalms 23:5) It is not just limited to material blessings, but spiritual blessings and outpouring of the Spirit for those who ask Him in the New Covenant era. (Luke 11:13; Acts 2:1-4) People with such overflowing cups are an inspiration and blessing to others.
Cup of God’s wrath: There is also another cup, which contains God’s Holy wrath against sinners. Holy God cannot compromise with sin. The wages of sin is death. The only legitimate way for humans to receive forgiveness is through the Son of God, who took the punishment of sin, the death, buried, and rose again. Tasting death means to drink the cup of wrath, which the Lord Jesus Christ did. In the Garden of Gethsemane, he pleaded asking the Father, if there was any other means of atonement. On behalf of humanity, he drank the cup of the wrath of God.
Cup of staggering: God’s punishment is described as a cup of staggering or the cup of His fury. (Isaiah 51:22) God punished the Nation of Judah for rejecting God, His Law, and worshipping foreign gods. Babylonians utterly destroyed the nation. God gave the cup of staggering, that they were not even able to hold the cup firmly. The punishment was devastation and destruction, famine and sword. (Isaiah 51:18)
Jerusalem is a cup of staggering: (Zechariah 12:2) God punishes his people. However, the enemies of God’s people were ruthless, showing no pity in their brutal attack. God will give the same cup to all nations that rebel against God and persecute the saints of God.
Do, is experience an overflowing cup?
