Expose fruitless deeds of darkness

Christian discipleship calls for difficult and decisive tasks. Hence, a disciple needs holy boldness to confront fruitless deeds of darkness. (Ephesians 5:11)
Fruitless deeds: Rituals, ceremonies, and traditions that do not add value for humans. Projects that do not benefit people but become burdened with fruitless deeds. Righteousness of human perspective is like mensural clothe in God’s sight. (Isaiah 64:6)
Darkness: The people in the world are blinded by Satan and live in darkness. Sin and darkness go together. Hidden acts, hidden sins, criminal thoughts, adulterous thoughts, and wicked intentions saturate a darkened mind.
Expose: Christians should not avoid or keep silent, or indirectly approve or endorse, sinful actions. Instead, they are called to expose them.
First, it is living as children of light. A Christian dispels darkness, and being a burning and shining light like John mentions, even challenges the darkness that engulfs a nation. (John 5:35) Christian life is counterculture, challenging worldly and traditional values that contradict the Biblical truth. Hence, disciples become a model, inspiration, and ideal in the world of ignorance and darkness.
Second, it is declaring the truth, without compromise. The Church is the Pillar of Truth, and is called to witness the Truth, the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible. (I Timothy 3:15; John 14:6; 17:17) Proclamation of the gospel to all creation, in every nook and corner of the world, streets of all habitations, even roof tops, hills and valleys, is the mandate from the Risen Savior. In the Digital Era, it should be declared on every possible social media platform.
Third, rebuke, reprove and condemn the evil deeds of darkness. The Word of God is provided to God’s people to train and equip them for doing good. (II Timothy 5:15-17) Yes, disciples are mandated to rebuke the world that goes wayward, reprove those who astray, and condemn those who persist in the unlawful, wicked, and evil ways.
Four, pray and intercede, that the Lord may reveal His righteousness and save those who are victims of the agents of Satanic darkness.
