Dehumanizing words

One Judge commented that the unemployed are like cockroaches, another politician mentioned that the immigrants are like termites, victims of riots are like puppies, and enemies are like rats. Many people condemn such an attitude as dehumanizing people and a violation of human rights and fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution.
Faulty Worldview: A few religions teach that all lives are equal. That means a worm, a honeybee, a fish, a rat, a snake, a crow, and a dog are all equal. Hence, such religions also believe in reincarnation, that humans living today, after their death, will become one of the 8400000 species. So, for them, calling someone a sub-human being is not wrong.
Biblical truth: The creation account in the Bible teaches the truth revealed by the creator. (Genesis 1) God created all living things by his word. But Adam was created as special, unique, in the image of God. (Genesis 1:27) Hence, human life is sacred. Hence, the Ten Commandments forbid the murder of humans. (Exodus 20:13)
Words: Humans are expected to be stewards of the gift of language, the words spoken. (Matthew 12:36) Using words that intend to humiliate, insult, demean, and rob a person of his dignity is a sin against God. Lord Jesus Christ taught: “But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire.” (Matthew 5:22)
Human dignity: As individuals, families, communities, and nations, we all have to realize that human dignity is accorded by God in creation. All humans are descendants of the first couple, Adam and Eve. The Lord Jesus Christ died for all, and those who repent of their sins, who receive Him, will get forgiveness and salvation and become children of God. (John 1:12)
Righteousness: The Bible teaches that righteousness exalts a nation. (Proverbs 14:31) Only a nation that treats all citizens as equals with dignity could be exalted.
Do I treat every human with dignity?
