Sinful and criminal thoughts

An educated engineer who studied in one of the prestigious colleges: Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad was arrested and put in jail. He had threatened to rape a ten-month old daughter of Virat Kohli, Captain of Indian Cricket Team. The team lost in a World Cup match, and one team member was blamed, trolled, and abused for belonging to another religion. Virat supported the victimised team member that his team was 200 per cent with him. (11 November 2021 NDTV news) What pathetic mental sickness? “But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” (Matthew 5:28)
1) Thoughts: An educated engineer could have his mind filled with hatred. People state love is blind, in fact, hate is blind. The thoughts were not noble or worthy or good. Instead, it was wicked and worthless.
2) Intentions: It is like that of the days of Noah: “The LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”
3) Motivation: The motivation of this young man was hating. Instead of loving your neighbour as yourself, it was hating others with evil intent, criminal wickedness and unnatural brutality. (Mark 12:31)
4) Expression (Communication): He had the audacity to post a message of his evil intention or empty threat in social media that went viral. Sadly, the sick social media community of followers of this man liked and forwarded it to others.
5) Execution: An expressed threat or intent could be carried out by such insane people. This message was a well thought through process that could be executed with impunity.
When there is no Fear of God, knowledge of truth, love for God or others; then such people will emerge in families, communities, and nations who will destroy joy and peace in the nation. Let the Church loudly and boldly communicate the Fear of God, love, truth, repentance, righteousness, and judgement vociferously.
Do I brood over evil thoughts?
