Two Bibles purchased

A group of people were preaching the gospel, selling literature, New Testaments, and Bibles. One person came and expressed his desire to buy two Bibles. It was a difficult place to do ministry and sell bibles. The young man was surprised and asked: “Sir, do you want to be a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ.” He said: “No, never.” The seller of the bible said: “Sir, if so, why do you want to buy two Bibles?” The man explained: “I have two sons. I want them to lead a holy, righteous, and pure life. For that, The Lord Jesus is the only model. I do not find any models in any religion including mine. So, I want my sons to read the bible and lead a noble life.”
Holiness: God is Holy, and those who worship Him should do so in the splendor of Holiness. Those who follow Him should pursue holiness. (I Peter 1:15-16; Leviticus 20:26; Psalms 29:2) No filthiness, contamination, sin, corruption, impurity, darkness, decay, or death could touch Him. His dwelling place Heaven is the Holy place where dogs, sorcerers, sexually immoral, murderers, worshippers of false god, and those who practice falsehood could never enter. (Revelation 22:15)
Righteousness: The Bible also teaches God is the Righteous Judge. (Psalms 7:11) He has all authority over the whole universe, all creation, and all nations. The Holy God judges righteously. God’s righteousness is revealed in the Bible and is commanded as Laws for humans to follow. One part of the Law is the Ten Commandments which have universal application to all human beings. (Exodus 20:1-17) God’s divine power and attributes are revealed in His creation also; hence no person has an excuse. (Romans 1:24-25)
Morality: The Bible also teaches morality. In the light of God’s Holiness, and righteousness, humans are expected to lead a morally responsible life. It is neither situational ethics nor class/caste ethics appropriate to only that particular group. God’s standards, demands, and requirements from humans are the same in all contexts, cultures, and nations.
