Rebuke and Cancel?

One wallpaper in social media: “I cancel all the attacks and curses of the devil in the name of Jesus Christ.” Who is this person who cancels? Does he have authority? Is this wallpaper a ‘charm’ that will cancel curses of the owner of the gadget?
Paul writes: “And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This He set aside, nailing it to the cross. He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.” (Colossians 2:13-15)
1) Saints Alive: All humans are spiritually dead. Those who come to Lord Jesus Christ in faith are made alive, their sins are forgiven and all charges or curses for violation of Law are nailed to the cross. His disciples are alive with him, apart from Him there is no life.
2) God’s authority: God does not allow trespassers into His rule. No one can rob him of glory or power. God cursed the earth as the consequence of the sin of Adam and Eve. Sin brought dire consequences. Only God has authority to cancel all curses that are written for violation of the Law of God. No human – pastor or prophet or priest has authority to cancel curses.
3) Lord’s death: The death on the cross of Calvary was vicarious death on behalf of humanity who deserve death as wages of sin. (Romans 6:23) The ultimate consequence of sin or last enemy is death. Lord Jesus by His death defeated death and cancelled all writings against believers. The writings could be considered as Law that lists curses or the charge sheet against each sinner or the prisoner’s confession.
4) Disarmed Devil: Satan became a toothless but roaring lion, who is ashamed and defeated. (I Peter 5:8)
The Promise is for all believers and it is not a gift from a human but from God.
Do I experience deliverance from all curses?
